Margo Pilton Ruby began catering in 1973, growing the business alongside her husband Stanley and their family, expanding into a restaurant, bakery, and gourmet shop.

Margo’s has catered for President Bill Clinton, Israeli Prime Minister Shimon Peres, Skitch Henderson, Benny Goodman, and many local celebrities across Northeast Florida and Southern Georgia.
