From home to community staple

Margo Pilton Ruby began catering in 1973, growing the business alongside her husband Stanley and their family, expanding into a restaurant, bakery, and gourmet shop.

A reputation for excellence

Margo’s has catered for President Bill Clinton, Israeli Prime Minister Shimon Peres, Skitch Henderson, Benny Goodman, and many local celebrities across Northeast Florida and Southern Georgia.

Rooted at the Center

For the past 25 years, Margo’s has served as the exclusive Kosher caterer for the Jacksonville Jewish Center, supporting daily programs and milestone celebrations.

Milestones

1973: The Beginning
Margo starts catering from home in Jacksonville.
 
2012: Passing the Torch
Margo retires and the next generation takes over. Her youngest son, Andrew and his wife Catrina, now carry on her legacy. 
 
2017: Expanded Services
Event design and planning offerings grow with Jessica Ruby Levine’s leadership.
